Hope and a future

Today I realize that not everything can go as planned. You start and stop the things you had hoped to do in that day to finish or that seems more important. Something may side track you from what you had originally wanted to do.Something may have stopped you, or even changed your destiny or direction for your life.

I now consider it a blessing that something has changed my direction. I'm sure it was the Lord that has lead me in the right directions even though I did not realize it at the time it was for my good.

The Lord shines light on my path and takes me on a journey that know one else has. He puts the desires in my heart to accomplish his will in my life.

In these last few years I did not understand everything. Why did we move to this city why we left everyone? I for got why we came here, I forgot what we were called to do. I had to step back and refocus.

My husband and my children are my first priority. If we dont tend to our marriage and relationship we will not have the security and the help that will make the family run smoothly.

Us women have so much we have to tend to and make sure we have everything running smoothly. Because the saying is " if momma is not happy no one is." So in order to keep things balanced we have to take time out for ourselves and get alone and refresh. I like to also use this time to pray and think on the promises from the Lord. I'm refocusing on the things that are true and steadfast in my life when everything else in this world is unsteady. I know what my lord said to be true from his word and I hold onto the promises he has given us. Plans to give us a hope and a future plans to prosper us and to protect us. Plans to make us his people the head and not the tail. We strive everyday at the work we have been given. In our business and in the work we volunteer at, as well as in our homes. I try to do everything as unto the lord and I am thankful we have work to keep us busy. It gives us a reason to keep moving on and a reason to wake up for. A hope for the future because the Lord has given us promises.
