I will be using this guide for future resources for myself and others. I will be updating this often as needed, check back often.
It is very important to use good quality supplements and food to support the body in the natural abilities that the Lord created us to do. One of my Good friends always told me when I started learning about being healthy was that if our grandmothers don't know what it is or don't know how to pronounce the ingredients in it then don't use it. Also if the ingredients list on the back of the item long then set it back down because it is most likely, not a good thing. So always look for shorter ingredients list and names you can pronounce as well as things your grandmother would use. Such as in ice cream we should see cream, sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract. Not all the other things that there can be listed. This should be the same with everything we put into our bodies.
