Overcoming

Revelation 12:11 (KJV)

¹¹And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto the death.

This is a great place to start as there is so much here in this little verse. As I reread this over and over and meditate on what this means to me. I feel that our testimony is a very powerful thing to share. The word clearly said " They OVERCAME by the blood of the lamb and the word of THEIR TESTIMONY and they loved not their lives unto death." It makes me excited to think that we have such a treasure. If we only knew what we really have we wouldn't be fearful of what lies in our past. If we really knew how powerful our testimony really is we wouldn't be keeping it to ourselves.

We can't OVERCOME anything without the Blood of the Lamb because he gave us an open door to be able to get into heaven and do what he did. When Jesus Came down from heaven and lead us on the path of righteousness was one of the most humble things anyone can ever do for someone. He knew what was going to happen but he chose to do it for us.

We also OVERCOME through the word of their testimony. So when people share what the Lord has done for them you get excited and you go do the same. It sparks a fire inside of you that you can't contain. The more that you hear and the more that you listen to the fire inside of them and their testimony the excitement inside of them will also ignite your own fire again. So you also go and share your testimony. You know how much it has helped you when you see where that person is now. Sometimes you could have never imagined they were ever in your shoes because now they look so perfect and have it all together. THEY OVERCAME whatever it was that was keeping them back from their ultimate goals in life.

We live in a day where everyone wants to deny the real cause of everything! And some even blame God for anything going wrong, or never even know his existence. They have every excuse for sin and refuse to acknowledge their own sin, and that now days is the problem. SIN = FlESH= Enemy. Billions of dollars are spent on an anti-depressant. We have a pill to help you sleep, stay to sleep, to go through the day, to socialize with people. We have a pill for anything you can think of. We need to know where it truly comes from.

The enemy wants to keep you depressed, sick, and in poverty!! He laughs at all we are going through and his plan is to keep you there! He wants to bring us to where he is and that's not what we are called to go. The Lord wants us to be with him. To be in communion with him every day.He went before us to prepare a table for our coming!

Don't let the enemy steal your testimony, He wants to rob you of your joy the very thing that everyone sees so beautiful about you. The enemy wants to leave you and I without any hope or faith and wants us in the dark full of fear because then he can do whatever he wants when in that place.

We don't have to love our life but keep going and keep sharing the things that the Lord has brought you out of. And you will begin to love it. We need each other and their testimony to grow and OVERCOME the trials we face every day. We may fear some things but we can Overcome them every day if you just keep sharing and putting one foot in front of thee other.
